For Pilates teachers and studio owners

For Pilates teachers and studio owners

In her first class as a newly qualified teacher, Tania had her list of exercises and thought she had it sorted. It fell apart at the first hurdle. She wanted to leave the room and never come back — and instead got curious about what had actually happened, which turned into the next twenty years of learning how to teach.

Most training programmes teach you the exercises. Very few teach you the part that turns out to be hard: holding a room, reading the person in front of you, and knowing what to do when the plan stops working. That gap is what all of this is for. Read the story.

How the coaching works

  1. A free 20-minute conversation. Where you are, what you want, and whether Tania is the right person to help. If she is not, she will say so and point you somewhere better.
  2. Four one-hour sessions on Zoom. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly — whatever gives you time to put things into practice in between.
  3. Notes after every session. What you discussed, what you decided, and what you are going to try next.
  4. Support in between. If there is more than a fortnight between sessions she checks in, and you can always get in touch.

What teachers say

I learned how to appreciate the discipline of the Pilates method being a process and something to be attained over time and with practice. This enabled me to show compassion toward people I teach so they could find love for their bodies and appreciate what they are able to do. It applies equally to my business. Tania helped me link my teaching and business values for consistency and continued growth.

Hayley D.

The values I learned from Tania were kindness, authenticity and being yourself when teaching or running my business.

Not sure which one you need?

That is what the conversation is for. Twenty minutes, free, to work out what is actually in the way.

Not ready to talk yet?

I write for teachers and studio owners every so often — the things that come up again and again in coaching. No schedule, nothing to sell you, and one click to stop.
