You don’t need more confidence, you need more focus on the people you serve

Building relationships with clients is the thing that makes you a confident teacher.
Who do you love to work with?
Which people do you love teaching? Who do you click with? Those are the clients who let you teach with confidence and clarity, because the work makes sense with them in the room. They are your ideal clients: the ones who find the answer to their problem in a class with you.
Those clients tend to be loyal to your business, to come often, and to recommend you to their friends and colleagues.
What picture are you painting?
Before someone can decide to work with you, they have to understand what you are expert in and how you can help them. That understanding only happens if you have painted a clear picture.
Which means getting clear on the position you want to hold and the people you want to serve. A distinct position is a strategic advantage, and most teachers have never sat down and defined theirs.
If you are working on the business side of your studio, coaching and Pilates & Purpose both go further into this. Or book a free 20-minute call.
